At Newark Emmaus, we are dedicated to creating a safe space for our Young people, through both our training facilities and the other charities we try to support. Through our trained support workers, we talk through different cultures, beliefs, disabilities and other life choices that may be found in society.

Each training afternoon turns information into fun hands-on tasks, where young people are encouraged to do their own research and produce their own interpretations of what they have learnt. This can be mood boards, stories, or other inventive ideas!

We also hold a high importance on creating a diverse and inclusive workforce as much as possible. This is why we don’t discriminate based on gender, race, ethnicity, or religion. We accept young people from all backgrounds, and we encourage diverse candidates to join our exciting team!
